What happens after my day or 7-day pass ends?
Nothing is charged and nothing renews. The pass ends, and your teacher keeps everything learned about you. Longer plans of 1, 3 and 6 months appear in your account once you have actually studied with the teacher.
Do I pay more for both JEE Main and NEET UG?
No. ₹79 a day or ₹249 for seven days covers every subject and both exams. You pay for the time, not per subject and not per exam.
Can I get a refund?
Any pass is refundable in full until you first enter the classroom, and a 7-day pass is refundable within the first 24 hours if you have used under 2 hours. Write to support with your transaction ID and we reply within 2 working days. Full details in the refund policy.
Is my teacher an AI or a person?
An AI, and that is the point. The teacher teaches only you, at 6 AM or 2 AM, and re-explains the same step as many times as you need. If a step ever comes out wrong, the report control on every screen sends it to a human reviewer.
Can my parents see my progress?
Yes. A linked parent account sees the same honest Monk Score you do, along with time studied and chapters covered. Nothing is dressed up for them.
