Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your monklearning account, and the data linked to it, at any time.

How to request deletion

    Email support at monklearning.com from the email address registered to your account.

    Put “Delete my account” in the subject line. The button above fills this in for you.

  3. 3

    Telling us why is optional. It helps us improve, but we delete your account either way.

    If the account belongs to a student under 18, a linked parent or guardian can also request deletion from their registered email address.

What happens next

24 to 48 hours

We delete your account within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your request.

What we keep

Payment and tax records are kept for the period Indian law requires, then erased. For the full detail, see our Privacy Policy.
